Do I need CAD experience?
No. Describe the part or machine in plain language and Holocron Engine builds the parametric geometry, holding dimensions, tolerances and threads for you. If you do know CAD, you can also place library components by hand.
Are the models actually manufacturable?
Yes. STEP export carries solids for CNC and downstream CAD, STL goes straight to a slicer, and 3MF preserves assembly structure and materials. Every revision reports envelope and mass.
Where do the components come from?
A library of more than 1,400 real parts — drives, servos, harmonic joints, bearings, fasteners and control boards. The engine matches them to your spec and checks fit and load.
Can I edit a generated model?
Iteratively, in conversation: "shorten the forearm by 40 mm", "move the lidar forward", "swap to 120 mm off-road wheels". Every version is stored, so you can roll back to any step.
What is included in the free tier?
Three complete models with full export, access to the component library and browser preview. No card required, and setup takes under a minute.
Which languages does Holocron Engine support?
English, German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Polish and Chinese. The interface, the AI conversation, part names and firmware comments all switch together. Arabic uses a right-to-left layout.
